Acworth Turkey Chase

The 15th annual Acworth Turkey Chase will take place on Saturday, November 18th. Enjoy an exhilarating 5K run, jog, or walk through Historic Downtown Acworth and along the shores of beautiful Lake Acworth.

The City of Acworth Parks, Recreation, and Community Resource Department presents this annual Thanksgiving tradition to benefit the Tackle Hunger Program! For the past ten years, Turkey Chase runners have helped stock local food pantries during the holiday season! Be sure to save the date for this special event. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome. All participants must bring a non-perishable food item on the day of the race to receive a race number and t-shirt.
