Free First Saturday - Wonderful Winter

Join us at Dunwoody Nature Center for a free, family friendly event! We will hike the trails, learn about what animals and plants do in the winter, and celebrate the new year in the outdoors!

Join us on Saturday, January 2nd to celebrate the new year outdoors! We will learn about what our plants and animals are doing in the winter—are they hibernating? Migrating? Staying active? Why do some keep trees keep their leaves and others don’t? We will answer all of these questions and so much more! Join us for some hiking, games, and a nature craft!
This event is FREE and fun for the whole family!
We will be outdoors on the trails and in the park so please dress for the weather.
