Join us as we break down how D&D and other Tabletop Role Playing Games are being used to empower Neuro Diverse Youth Around the world. We will be discussing elements of self-advocacy, active play, the development of Peer relationships through D&D, and how these games can build emotional intelligence.All topics will be told through the lense of how to run games for this community. We will honor the sensory needs of our attendees and all language will be person first oriented. This will be led by an expert Neuro Diversity Event Specialist and Advocate with over 12 years experience in the field. Thomas R Wilson will be the host of this event. Thomas R Wilson is a Professional Storyteller/ Advocate/ And Business Owner. His work is designed around using stories to empower and uplift underserved communities. His work is inspired by his own experience as a youth experiencing programs that are flawed and don't work. It is his mission to to make sure that all people are heard and valued no matter their needs or diagnosis.
