In the classic musical by Claude-Michel Schönberg and Alain Boublil, based on Giacomo Puccini’s tragic opera, Madame Butterfly, an American GI falls desperately in love with a Vietnamese barmaid during our nation’s most contentious war. Find yourself transported to the densely green, exceedingly mysterious wilderness of Vietnam by this enthralling presentation, complete with an actual huey helicopter that was flown in the Vietnam War, set to land in Serenbe’s own mystifying forest. You’ll be immersed in this harrowing tale of heartbreak and heroism as it’s never been done before.
Contains themes which may be more appropriate for ages 15+.
